In season seven of Fatal Attraction, Unforeseen Enemy , is the story of the killing of Caneya Webb by Curtis Newsome . The love story between Curtis Newsome and Caneya Webb is compelling and tragic. Newsome became enraged and attacked her when he believed another man had contacted her via Facebook. He tried to insist he didn't mean to kill her, but forensic evidence showed that he brutally attacked her repeatedly.

The show is described as after a young mother is murdered, all of the evidence points to one suspect, but new information sends detectives scrambling when they're on the verge of closing the case.
