Vania Rae Sisk pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping and conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Antoinetta Yvonne McKoy and to being an accessory after the fact of murder in the death Jadon Higganbothan, who was her son. She was sentenced to at least 30 years in prison.

Lavada Harris plead guilty to second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping and accessory after the fact of first-degree murder. She was given two consecutive sentences of 73-97 months.

The whereabouts of Peter Moses is unknown.
